This week, I put in lots of work rebuilding the pages to go along with the new schema. I finished most of the functionality for the ‘Projects’ and ‘Updates’ pages. Currently, you can create an account as a student, create your own projects, and add updates to them.

Verifications are the last piece of functionality to implement. These come from the admin side, and will enable multiple things to happen. Verifications will mark updates off as ‘Approved’, which will actually apply the new information from updates to the projects (like updating hours, adding new pictures, etc.). Our goal is for verifications to enable admin to create workshops as well, although it’s still undecided how this will work.

This week, I will completely finish the front-end appearence of everything in the AppUser, Projects, and Updates classes. Then, we will be ready to present our progress to our client. We will then allow the client to decide what the Verifications page should look like.
